We could make samples for customer testing , but as a rule , customer afford sample and courier fee, samples will be ready in one week , usually we send samples by DHL ,Fedex, UPS, etc. it will be better if customers have courier account. Occasionally we have to change the courier you have selected because of regional restrictions, but if the courier is changed later you won't be charged extra.

 

Are the packages insured?

Shipping with couriers is insured and trackable online. Once your goods are sent out we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery. In rare cases of lost packages or mis-delivery, Aposolar will offer full assistance and if necessary make insurance claims in your place while shipping replacements to you.

 

Ocean Freight

Concerning for price term, we could offer EX-WORK , FOB,CIF (cost, insurance ,freight )price, we will be glad to arrange ocean freight as customers’ request, it is our duty to provide good service for clients in a safe shipping way. We are pleased to cooperate with the shipping line company which customer appointed. Our package is strong enough to protect from products collision.

 

How long do you take to ship items to me?

There is no single answer to this question: delivery times (like shipping costs) depend entirely on the items you ordered, the size of the order, and the destination. Normally, our lead time is 15 days.
